CERVICAL LYMPHADENOPATHY & FNAC
I am having right cervical lymphnode enlargement. It is about the size of 20 cent coin. The swelling is painless, non tender, mobile horizontally but a bit fix longitudinally. I found it accidentally during brushing my teeth about 3 weeks ago. After consulting my friend who is breast endocrine surgeon, she advise to go for FNAC and utrasound neck. This morning I went to do the procedure. The needle is use to poke the sweeling and getting some tissue material. It is a bit painfull, just like the prosedure of putting branulla for Iv fluid infusion. Hopefully no serious illness.... any way I am still worried till I know the cytology result by another 2 weeks.
